Thanks for all your aid but nothing at all labored as I still can’t do an iCloud back up. I did almost everything you said and in many cases restored from scratch and equally my iPhone 13 & iPhone XR at the same time can no more backup to the cloud. I also reset my modem but all the things performs on both of those iPhones just the ICloud back up
